Ken Salazar, the Secretary of the Interior, was back in Colorado today touring a solar plant and reminded everyone that the US Senate still needs to act on the Cap and Trade bill the House passed earlier in July. Yes, there IS climate change taking place as it has been since the Earth came into existance. No, there’s no unrefuted science that we’re seeing warming caused by man or your trillion dollar programs will have any effect.
Just when you thought the health care debacle was on track on ruin us single-handedly, we have a reminder of this other unresolved legislation waiting in the wings to raise taxes on every household.
Thanks for the reminder Ken! While we’re now focusing on the $500 billion to $1 trillion health care reform bill that being shoved down our throats in light of mass opposition, remember that there’s another expensive bill coming your way! A hundred billion here, a hundred billion there, remove lifestyle choices, and soon you have a bankrupt and compliant nation.
